Booking and managing your appointment
Everything you need, from booking your first consultation to rescheduling or cancelling, step by step.
1. Booking an appointment
You do not need an account to book. Go to https://drpriyasivadas.com.au/make-an-appointment and follow these steps:
- 1Choose the type of consultation you need (for example Fertility, Gynaecology, or IVF / ICSI).
- 2Pick an available day. Appointments are held on Thursdays at Bella Vista, Norwest Private Hospital. Days that are full or closed will not be selectable.
- 3Choose a free time slot. Times already taken appear crossed out.
- 4Enter your details: full name, email, phone, and a few clinical questions.
- 5Give consent where asked, then submit. You will see a confirmation number on screen.
Your booking is confirmed instantly
When you pick a time and submit, your appointment is confirmed straight away and your time is secured. There is no waiting for the clinic to confirm.
Fit-in appointments
When every normal time on a day is taken, you may see a fit-in appointment instead. A fit-in is a confirmed appointment tied to a window (for example 10:15 to 11:15am) rather than an exact minute. You will be seen within your chosen window, between other patients, so there may be some extra waiting time on the day. Please plan to arrive at the start of your window. The clinic may call to confirm details, and if an exact time frees up we will let you know.
2. Your confirmation email
After booking you will receive an email that includes:
- Your appointment date, time and location. The time shown is already secured, not pending.
- Your unique confirmation number.
- A secure link to manage your appointment (no password needed).
After you book, what to expect
- You get instant on-screen confirmation and a confirmation email. Your time is secured.
- The clinic will call you to confirm your details, check that you have a current GP referral, and go over the consultation fee.
- Fees: first appointment $380, follow-up $250.
- Reminder emails are sent 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment.
- You can change or cancel online up to 24 hours before. After that, please contact the rooms.
Cannot find the email? Check your spam or junk folder, and search for "Dr Priya Sivadas". If it still has not arrived after a little while, please call the clinic.
3. The patient portal
The portal lets you see all of your appointments in one place.

- 3You will land on
https://drpriyasivadas.com.au/my-appointments, showing upcoming and past appointments.
Tip: you can always manage a single appointment straight from the secure link in your confirmation email, even without logging in.
4. Rescheduling
Need a different day or time?
- 1Open your appointment from the portal or the email link.
- 2Choose Reschedule and pick a new available slot.
- 3Confirm. You will get an updated email with the new details.
Rescheduling may be limited close to the appointment time. If you cannot change it online, please call the clinic.
5. Cancelling
To cancel, open your appointment and choose Cancel. Please cancel as early as you can so the clinic can offer the time to someone else.
The clinic's cancellation policy, including any notice period, is shown during the process and in your emails.
6. Reminders
The clinic may send you reminder emails before your appointment. Please keep an eye on the inbox for the email address you booked with.
7. Your privacy
Your information is used only to manage your care and appointments. For full details see the Privacy Policy.
